We were hired to help improve trial retention and reduce day-to-day friction for both patients and clinical teams.

The goal was to improve participation, give teams better visibility across trials, and support patients through what are often complex and demanding treatment programmes.

We approached the project from the patient side first, then worked back into the clinical workflows. Everything had to be simple to use, but still operate within a tightly regulated environment.

This meant shaping the product around how trials actually run, rather than forcing users into rigid systems.

We led the product end-to-end, from early thinking and board-level consultancy through to MVP build and full UI design across web and mobile.

The result is a platform that supports clinical teams operationally, while making a genuinely difficult process easier for patients managing serious conditions.
