Our operations are primarily based in the United Kingdom. Our supply chains typically involve technology providers, infrastructure providers, and specialist professional contractors or service partners. While our direct operations are not labour-intensive, we recognise that modern slavery risks may still arise indirectly through third-party suppliers and global service chains.
We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.
We are committed to: acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships, ensuring that modern slavery does not take place within our business or supply chains, and implementing reasonable and proportionate measures to identify and mitigate risk.
We expect the same standards from all suppliers, partners, and contractors.
Our supply chains generally fall within the following categories: technology and infrastructure providers (including hosting, cloud, and software services), professional services and specialist contractors, and operational suppliers and business service providers.
While these categories are typically lower risk, we recognise that risks may arise within global supply chains, particularly where services are delivered across multiple jurisdictions.
We take a proportionate approach to managing modern slavery risk, including: working with reputable and established suppliers, assessing suppliers where appropriate before engagement, avoiding relationships where there are known or suspected risks of exploitation, and maintaining oversight of supplier relationships in line with the scale of our operations.
We do not operate large-scale or labour-intensive supply chains, but we remain attentive to indirect risks.
Our commitment to ethical conduct is supported by internal policies, including:
Data Security Policy
Code of Conduct
Anti-Bribery & Corruption
Equality Diversity & Inclusion
These policies establish expectations for responsible behaviour, fair treatment, and ethical decision-making across our business and supply chain.
Responsibility for this statement and our approach to modern slavery rests with the directors of Ricochet Group Ltd. We review our practices periodically to ensure they remain appropriate to the size, nature, and risk profile of our business.
We recognise that addressing modern slavery is an ongoing responsibility.
We will continue to: monitor risks within our business and supply chains, review and refine our processes where appropriate, and maintain awareness of legal and ethical obligations.
This statement has been approved by the directors of Ricochet Group Ltd and will be reviewed periodically.
